01. Property Consultant

Objectives

As a real estate agent, the main job is to assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties. This involves a lot of networking, cold calling, marketing, customer service, and knowledge about the local real estate market.
The ‘Property Consultant’ will work on product research, Property research, conduct property showings, negotiate deals, and draft contracts.
Essentially, the job is to help our clients achieve their real estate goals, whether that is buying their dream home or selling an investment property.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience in the UAE Real Estate market.
Proven experience in working on ‘Off plan’ projects.
Proven experience in working on the ‘Secondary Market’ along with a strong database of
clients/property owners who wish to be represented by you.
Healthy client database and track record.
English and Arabic speakers critical.
Sound knowledge on real estate laws in the UAE.
Excellent customer service skills.
Analytically sound.
Real Estate License for Dubai & Abu Dhabi.

02. Landscape Engineer

Objectives

A landscape engineer will design, create, and maintain aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces that are sustainable and environmentally friendly.
A landscape engineer achieves these objectives by carefully choosing plant species that are appropriate for the local climate and soil conditions, designing irrigation systems that conserve water, and using environmentally friendly techniques to control pests and diseases.
They also consider aspects such as drainage, erosion control and site topography to ensure that outdoor spaces are not only beautiful, but also practical and safe.

Requirements

Working knowledge to handle projects from conception to execution and after completion support.
Irrigation knowledge to plan and execute irrigation system.
Basic knowledge in plants selection, plant care and maintenance.
Program knowledge of AutoCAD.
To be able to correspond, meet with clients and make quotations based on their requirements.
Priority given to UAE driving license holders.

03. Draftsman

Objectives

An AutoCAD Drafter oversees the making of technical drawings of specified projects with the help of computer-aided design software. The drafter guides the software in order to create accurate depictions of the products to be built or placed.

Requirements

Having extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D programs like SketchUp, 3D studio Max.
Ability to meet clients and prepare drawings based on requirements.
Making drawings according to project specifications.
Correspond and document with clients for all project drawing needs.
Making material submittals as required.
Planning irrigation systems are preferred.
